Liz and Chris were wonderful today. I have been at this facility for 13 years and I've had a positive experience every time I came here. All of my property that was stored here was in perfect condition, no issues. I highly recommend ExtraSpace storage in Peabody, Massachusetts for all your storage needs.

The office manager was always nice but I would not recommend this storage for long term use. The price increased dramatically after a few months without warning (over $50). The facility smells of cigarettes and has people living out of units which is common I am sure but there is a ton of stuff left outside of units bikes etc that are always in the way. The day we moved in someone else’s stuff was stored in our unit and had to be moved. Does not appear any climate control as the building was smoldering hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. The unit did the job but was counting down the days I could move my stuff out.

As I write this their climate control is broken! Everything I own was destroyed and they refuse accountability for it! Dont store here under any circumstances Edit: i have spoken with manager Chris who refused to apologize or rectify the situation. I also spoke with the GM Derek who also refused to apologize or do anything to rectify the situation I filed an insurance claim through their insurance provider and it was denied. The reply to my review has come after both these conversations. I called again and no one will speak with me. You can see in the reply that they even admit the climate control is broken Priceless objects like my deceased brother's guitar were destroyed beyond salvation. And the staff of this place are responsible.

This place is amazing and meeting Chris, the Manager was so nice. Very helpfulf when it comes to assistance. Clean place and easygoing process!!! Would definitely recommend it.
