Greylock Storage has been easy to work with. They had the exact size storage I was looking for and the prices are very reasonable. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their hours are inconvenient, especially for people who work. Only being open 4 hours on the weekends isn't helpful. This would be the only reason I might consider moving my storage.

Greylock storage has been Great and l let everyone l know family and friends ! A couple of times l over the years l was scammed and my card to pay for my storage unit was canceled but the people at Greylock helped me understood and worked with me ! Another time my car broke down and l needed my car the person I spoke with at Greylock said no problem you have been with us for over 6 n years you can make your payment over the next few months ! I know they give up to a 5 star rating but I give them a 10 star rating ! Rick Smith Pittsfield Ma

The staff at Greylock storage have been courteous and helpful each time that I have come to remove items from my storage unit. I have been renting a storage unit for about 6 years now. I have not had any instances of theft or other damage to my items.

Staff was friendly and storage facility was clean. However, I had to take a star away because of the limited hours and no 24/7 access. I would like to see extended access and weekend access.
