The Storage unit is dry and clean - my items have been safe and secure for years now, thanks to Lizzy and Dan ! They are good folks who take good care of us - always feel taken care of! They are nice people - not like a put on friendly service - but a home vibe. They are just themselves — they are really kind folks.

I just dealt with one of the most wonderful young ladies that I have ever dealt with. Jenna a call center employee somewhere down south, originally from the Mid-Atlantic. Helped me with several issues that I had with Prime Storage. I went from being a long time customer wanting to leave, to being a customer that wants to continue for a long time! Jenna was very kind, super nice and just a beautiful person from start to finish. She is the reason this company is doing well and will continue to do well. 5 Stars for Jenna, her parents must be wonderful people and very proud of the way they raised this awesome young lady!!! Thank you so very much for the time, help, kind words, professionalism with my particular matter. I hope that Jenna receives all that she desires in life! We need more Jenna's in this world!!!!

Courtney was terrific. I got a call within 3 minutes of completing my online inquiry. Eleven minutes later the deed was done! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
