This storage facility is very close to where I live so it's very convenient for me. I rented a climate controlled space in the A building a couple of weeks ago. I have been there in the evening and the lighting is great! It is very clean and the temperature is perfect. Paris was the representative that assisted me on a very cold day that took us outside for some time. She was great at explaining everything and patient with all my questions. She made sure I got the rental space I preferred. I have been very happy with the space, the price and the customer service. Thank you, Paris!!

Paris went above and beyond to explain all the terms and conditions and break down my payments on my storage unit , she processed the payments quickly and gave me all the information for my future payments . I talked to her on the phone a few weeks ago as well and she still remembered my situation when I came into the office to make a payment. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the amazing customer service I received at this location- this is the best location in the area you won't regret coming here , thank you again Paris!
