Customer service has been one of the best and most understanding I have ever had. Being a student and new to the city, it was hard for me to adapt and figure out where and how to rent a storage unit. Lockwood Storage has helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. Despite the confusion, they were very kind in supporting me. I definitely recommend it and will return next semester !

Storage may sound like not the most important thing to review, but believe me it is. People are so quick to review when something is bad but this has been so good I had to review. I recently moved and needed a spot to hold belongings and I was so impressed. I had no problem accessing my unit, it was pristine, and the price was lower than other options. Just a great experience.
