Trish is absolutely wonderful — she’s great, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure I understood all my options and answered every question patiently. Top notch storage unit!! Smooth application and move out process!! The storage was clean, well conditioned. Only issue was if they could have a remote open and close button for the shutter to enter the facility. Everytime I had drive up to the bay, get off my vehicle , type in the code and get back into drive in.. and the elevator button and code typing device can be closer to one another.. very trivial but otherwise a great place for storage

This is a very late review. Last month I was looking to move into a storage unit. The professionalism that Trish gave me was incredible. The entire time working with Trish, she did not push a sale or try to strong arm me into anything. She gave me time to decide. Most storage places don't treat you like that and the decision window is a lot less. She treated me as a person, not as a number. Very happy experience here!

Trisha the manager was SO helpful!!! I called and set up my unit online and came to put stuff in there and it was just about closing time and she stayed a few minutes late to help me. The facility is clean and well lit. Very pleased with my experience!
