⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Shaun and the storage facility at One Brussels Street. We rent multiple units and are constantly going in and out—pulling items out, putting items in, and reorganizing. Shaun has been absolutely unbelievable to work with. He is always accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful, no matter how often we need access or assistance. That kind of service is rare, and it has made managing our storage needs easy and stress-free. Extra Space your manager went out of his way to make sure that the unit I needed was the proper fit for my family. Shaun makes sure your understand the how and when you may move in. What made the move in easier for us is the loading dock and the Garage doors so if it rains I can use the Bay Doors. Shaun also explained to us that we can enter the building from 6am and must be out by 10pm. I had to use the toilet and at first I was scared for my son to use it most toilets are nasty but Extra space toilet was clean had hand soap and paper towels and also to our surprise toilet paper. The manage seems to take pride in what he does and this was a pleasure renting with extra space and Shaun. Thank you Shaun, for helping us.
