Beware of this company! FACTS: (1) This company will increase your rates every 6 to 9 months. (2) They will raise the monthly costs regardless of positive payment history and/or automatic payments. (3) They charge $12 a month for insurance. (4) They deny some insurance. (5) They increase monthly charges quickly until their customers are paying one of the highest, costly payments in the country!
