Horrible place on 2333 South state St.! I went there, they never said there were a smaller size than 5x10 and sold me that storage… after I paid for it, I discovered they DID have a 5x5 two Miles from them and they never told me!! Instead? They’ve charged me $211 dollars for administration fee, lock and insurance (and that’s when they say 40% off for two months)… When I realized I was mislead, less than 24 hours I went back (I was waiting by the door t for them to open) and ask to be transferred to the other cube smart, because they Did have a 5x5 storage (I Only had 6 small boxes)… and? NOOOOO! They wouldn’t cancel the contract (remember, it was less than 10 hours ) and told me they would charge me for the whole month!! Disgusting people , I will never EVER step my foot on that place again! Money hungry! Knowing that there are so many other places that charge way less than them , they would not be courteous to just break the contract if it was less than 24 hours, not Like the people from INNSTORAGE that would gladly do that if I’ve decided to change my mind in less than 24 hours!! I was still trying to figure it out where to live my daughters’s 6 boxes of clothes before I had to flight back to FL , but cube smart would not let me get their same chain and just transfer there! NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO 2332 S State St, ANN ARBOR!! Terrible management! I totally hated and will dispute the charge! My Money doesn’t grow in the back yard! I work hard for it! I DIDNT NEED THAT BIG SPACE AND ASKED KINDLY TO JUST GIVEE A 5x5! I left those boxes at night and was there when they opened the place to ask for transferring to another CubeSmart! Right next door to them! Horrible! Horrible place!!
