Good deal for short term storage- stay away for long term storage!! Convenient location but not one of the better facilities around. A bit run down. Gate is occasionally stuck open/ unsecured. Units have no gutters so be prepared to get wet when opening/ accessing your unit. Staff on site is nice and accommodating. Already raising rents 6 months into lease. Rented here before years ago and they ended up doing the same thing every 6 months or so to the point it was outrageous.

I rented a parking space here this summer for easy access to my camper. It was a good experience--very secure and accessible. Jessica was good to work with and she was clearly attentive to the property. Will definitely rent again next season.

1) Be aware, the first month discount is not real. 2) There is currently water in my unit and the one down the hall from mine - I put in a work order today for them to address this. 3) The staff is surprisingly rude. Despite these things, I probably will continue to rent from them because the location is so convenient.

They keep increasing prices every year, beyond reason. I started at $249 2 years ago, now is $519. They take advantage since they know it’s costly to move. Also their facility is covered with mold, specially in the ceilings. Mold got in my furniture, shoes, clothing, I had to dispose them. Go to a different storage, really a joke!

Bailey was very friendly and Helpful! I accidentally left my storage unit unlocked. He Tried multiple times to contact me, but I was out of the country and didn’t get any of the messages. Because he couldn’t get a hold of me he put a lock on it so my precious items would be safe when I came back. I am truly thankful Bailey Is kind and caring. It’s people like Bailey who give me hope for humanity
