Lime ZsubVery happy we found cubesmart! I had called another well known storage facility first and was displeased with the customer service. I was told I couldn’t come out to see the unit and would need to schedule an appointment for another day, but if I wanted to rent sight unseen they could get me in that day. I had also inquired with them about the insurance they make you purchase. I have my own insurance so I asked if I just bring up my declaration page, can that be removed? They said no, it has to be done online and sent me down a work of internet pages that appeared to lead nowhere. My alarm bells were going off, I just felt like it wasn’t going to be a smooth process and they were trying to sell me things I did not need. Now we get to the good part! I called cubesmart and spoke with Marc. He was friendly, professional and had no problem with me coming in that same day. I felt great and decided to start my rental right away. When we got to the building it is beautiful, very clean and Marc even greeted us inside. The unit I had rented was a unique shape and lost some of the space I needed, Marc instantly offered to move me to a better unit. I gave him my declaration page for my insurance and it was taken care of right away. So so so happy!

Leesa JonesThe building and my unit were very clean upon move-in, and I truly appreciate the secure code entry, security cameras, and the convenience of always having a cart available when needed for moving belongings. My only suggestion would be to add locking wheels to the carts for added safety and ease of use. Other than that, the location is perfect, no complaints here!
