1/8/2026–Met with two National Storage (Fenton Store) customer care representatives. Both were Welcoming, helpful, professional and answered all of our question's. We were given a tour of the storage unit that would meet our storage needs. Unit was very clean/like new. Paperwork was completed, signed and move in ready in less than one hour. Entire property is clean, organized, gated, many security cameras and well maintained. Storage unit was like new and securely lockable giving us peace of mind. Highly recommend!! They actually demonstrated they wanted and appreciated us giving them our business!!

Being able to start my account online was very convenient for a purchase of a boat I was doing in hours. Then in person, a few months later, doing a transfer from my original outdoor spot an enclosed was quick and easy. I was able to do it on my lunch and still have time to eat. Great job Fenton National Storage!

After the new (current) ownership took over, the price went up and quality of service went down, so much so that I took my business elsewhere.
