My unit was broken into, mostly everything stolen my lock was cut off the unit I cooperated with them made my police report and they cannot give me a straight answer or anything on the replacement status. But when I got a month behind, they still couldn't give me a response about the break-in they auctioned my unit off. Expected me to pay what they thought I owed. The whole point of auctioning the unit off is to get the money that's owed to you. You never get to meet anybody in person they're hard to get a hold of the whole business is shady . I highly do not recommend
