Wayne was wonderful, so nice and helpful. The truck was clean and well maintained, and the a/c worked great. Can’t say enough good things about this specific location.

There is not another storage facility that I would even consider using. Most of them are owned by large greedy corporations . This one is different. They don't treat you like a slab of meat entering their money making machine. My brother tragically got killed and had multiple storage units at different places. I was shocked to experience the difference between these businesses. Wayne was a God send as poorly as we were treated at the other storage places Wayne exceeded our expectations. He actually became part of our healing process by the respectful way he handled our situation. Be careful where you store your stuff. Most of those big places are a nightmare and it was aweful dealing with the other 2. American something I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Thank you again Wayne for your excellent customer service. You went above and beyond what the other companies do❤️

Wayne is great. Since he has came in he has made a difference in the units. He really is cleaning it up. Keep up the great work. Glad Wayne is here. Any older reviews shouldn't reflect new management now.
