their staff is kind but useless since everything comes from corporate. I was there about 2 years in covered RV parking rent was $117 per month the they increased it 30%I was on auto pay so never a late payment. When asked why they said based on service it was under priced. There are no covered RV parking areas near them so they have no competition. When canceled and pulled out my RV we notices damage to the Awning. I have asked for weeks for their video camera to show who did the damage and nothing but excuses. I would strongly say stay away from this business as they have no professionalism or honor.

We've rented a storage unit for nearly 10 years from this place, and we are incredibly satisfied with the way everything was handled from start to finish. Danny is a great guy who helped us with making arrangements to get rid of our trash in the unit when we moved away (a few states away), and he gave our kids ice cream while we worked on going through all of the things that were in there for a better part of the day we were there. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to store their things.

I rented from 1800self storage for 11 years. Danny Thomas (the tall handsome guy, who manages this place) ( lol); made My experience very pleasant. There were no mildew or mice infestations, belonging were in good condition when I took them out. And I definitely recommend this place very highly and give it a 5 star thumbs up. Keep up the good work Danny. You have winning personality. This company is blessed to have you.thanks again.

Fantastic customer service!!! We used 1-800-Self-Storage during our move from one house to the next, and although that process was a nightmare, our experience here was the one bright spot. Danny, the manager, is very personable and helpful, and always made sure to check that we had everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility again in the future. Also, free ice cream with your rental is an added bonus!

I had the pleasure of storing with 800-self-storage. I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the excellent customer experience I had with Danny. From his kind demeanor to his lovely mannerisms he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to settle in quickly at this location. They even have a truck to move your supplies which made this so much easier. After this experience I will find it hard to use a different storage facility from here on out.
