fantastic customer service!!! Monica is one of the nicest people ive met when dealing with sign ups and paperwork and whatnot. she explained everything so crystal clear that i had no fear id be blindsided by any hidden fees or clauses. she created a wonderful atmosphere in the office with an obvious hard working attitude, as well as a charming and upbeat personality!!! i will for sure refer anyone to this location!!!

THE FIVE STAR IS ONLY FOR THE STAFF!!! Monica was a huge help and was always accommodating and friendly when I spoke with her. When I’d first acquired the unit, my bill was around 75 dollars for the 10x10, and it stayed that way until the new owners stepped in. Over the course of five years, my rent steadily increased until it came out to a whopping 152$!! I cannot/will not pay this bill, and I doubt anyone else in the area will be able to afford either. My review would be 1/5 if I didn’t think the company would be petty and fire their staff over it. Screw you Better Storage. TLDR; Management keeps raising the rent. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Five stars definitely. The staff (especially Danny) treated me with the utmost kindness and fairness. The facility is very clean and safe. Would definitely rent here again if I ever need storage.

We have used this storage unit for the last 2 years and are completely satisfied! The prices are reasonable and the units are clean. The personnel are knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend BETTER STORAGE FENTON ROAD!!!! You won't be disappointed!
