They have raised the price per month approximately $20 with no recourse but to move. When I contacted customer service I was told, the increase is due to insurance that I have no choice in having or declining. There wasnt mandatory insurance when I signed my contract. Why is insurance necessary when the facility is gated, a password needed to enter and each storage is locked with the tenants own lock. No cap on what this place can charge apparently. Not impressed!

The storage unit in Grand Ledge was very clean. The process of signing up and accessing was quick and smooth, except there was confusion about the unit number due to the 30ft unit having two doors. I called their support and "Nick" was very helpful.

I rented a parking space online but when I arrived there was a vehicle in the parking space I rented. I called the customer service line to be told they couldn’t assign me another space and would have to contact the manager and it would take 20min. This after a 16hr drive. I waited over 90min before renting a different space at a different location. It was about 2hrs after that when I received a call from the manager that knew nothing about the “emergency” call from customer service. The manager assured me that I would get a full refund that hasn’t been processed after 4 days. The customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend using any service from them.
