It was a great experience until the very end. I cleaned out my unit and removed my lock. I even went through the shop vac and cleaned every little thing out of there. Only to get a call the next day, accusing me of leaving a bottle of urine behind. I’m pretty offended. Honestly I was not sure how to respond, except to let them know that there was a gentleman a couple units down while I was there at night doing something in his unit as well. I’ve never once peed in a bottle and left it for someone to find. I am an adult. I hope the woman who left that Voicemail has a much better day than the morning she was having when she decided to leave me that message.

Very nice facility. Clean and in great shape. The online application process was easy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The climate controlled unit kept my belongings safe from the elements. Special thanks to Tina for making the “check-out” process so easy.

Tina the manager like everyone else has stated in all the other reviews is a Rockstar! Answered all my questions, provided tips for storing certain items and more! Only took minutes to get set up in a unit! Took good care of me ans my items for almost a year! All my furniture was exactly the same as I left it. No issues getting in or out. Highly recommend!
