So I have rented a parking space here for 2 months with zero issue I've had my enclosed trailer and my car parked in my space plenty of room no issue felt very secure. So I decide to rent a unit here which happened to be right by my parking space great! That is until the 3rd day I had arrived to find that someone had cut my lock on my unit, I must have arrived shortly after it happened because the door hadn't been opened yet and nothing was missing but it is very evident that there are people preying on units here so BEWARE I'm in and out of my unit multiple times daily as I'm buying and selling items all the time. I would advise anyone to check on your stuff frequently. These people are far too comfortable cutting locks at 7 am.

I have received five different messages saying my lack was not in place correctly so as I call, they don’t have anybody on site or a phone number to reach the property manager and they tell me I have to wait for them to call me back that if my lock was not in place the correct way because The latch wouldn’t push all the way over And now I’m being told that they will within than 72 hours be cutting my lock off because it’s not on the correct way this place is a little ridiculous especially not having on site help or being able to talk to management. They have to have you wait for them to call you back. I am not very happy with this storage unit which I thought I would be until a homeless guy in the back of the fence was sitting there with a grocery cart full of stuff. Also another rental person and a guy we’re having a knockdown drag out as I was getting into my storage to put some more stuff in. This is all just ridiculous. If I didn’t have all my stuff in my unit and I would have to get another truck to move it all Iwould find a different storage pleace.

This place is horrible, I never felt comfortable going there alone because several times different groups of homeless people were residing inside the units. My storage unit was broken into an a bunch of my things were stolen! Yes, I had insurance.. but some things are irreplaceable! If I could give zero Stars I would give double zeros! Store at your own risk! Oh and I was paying $114.00 for a 5x10 unit!
