Very clean, accessible, staff very nice and willing to work with you. The lady (so sorry, I forgot her name, had a lot going on that day) even came out and shoveled in front of my door after a big snow, because I have a broken wrist. Great place worth the money and far less expensive than most other places!

Convenience with gate hours and friendly service. Had the storage I needed which was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I was charged the full cost of a month which was about $300 when I only used 2/3 of the month. I should have been refunded a prorated amount. No different than when you get the unit if it’s the middle of the month you get prorated for the part of the month you are using. Buyer beware “read the fine print” $100 is lot loose these days.

I've had my RV site for a week now and so far so good. Tammy and Heidi were easy to work with and they even made follow-up phone calls to me before I signed up, and I even feel better that the owner (Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, the majority owner?) is watching these reviews, that's very important, too.
