As a storage auction bidder I visit a wide variety of facilities and all have their different protocols. National Storage is customer friendly their system is well thought out and I have consistently experienced positive exchanges with all call center reps. Today's super star was Megan she listened and took great care of me. I felt heard and was treated professionally and Megan had a solution that fixed everything. I heard the smile in her voice which helped me greatly. So congratulations National storage you hit the jackpot when you found Megan! Try to hang on to that super star!! We kept our belongings in this storage facility for about 5 years and never had a problem with the company. The building was always clean, it was always easy to contact the management by phone, and we appreciated the temperature control. If I were to write any critique it would only be about the storage facility industry in general which is the rate increase that always happens and the lack of on-site staff. This seems to be across the board in the industry so I wouldn't want to down rate this facility for something that "everyone is doing". All in all, the staff was always super friendly and helpful! Keep in mind that this facility has NO public bathroom so don't drink a gallon of anything before you go over there!
