Friendly staff and easy access in to facility; however, our already long trip was made an hour longer due to their lack of communication and not informing us of we were going to an unstaffed facility. Mistakes happen and they were very sincere in their apology and hopefully they remember to tell the next person.

The office staff are super friendly! We have 2 units, both were very clean and everything works properly. The other unit in the past we have rented (from a different place) were dirty and the sometimes the doors were hard to roll up. We will always use The Storage Group whenever we need extra room.

Easy to work with from start to finish. Traveled from another state due to business relocation. When I had forgotten my keys, the owner himself came out in a Sunday evening to assist me at my unit himself! Truly outstanding service! Would recommend to anyone looking for a long term or short term storage solution.

Great place to rent a storage unit!! I entered the facility with my access code for the first time on a Sunday and had trouble finding my unit. I called the main line and surprisingly had someone answer on a Sunday afternoon and direct me to where it was very quickly. The unit was clean and dry. Can’t ask for more. I highly recommend the storage group for any storage unit needs!!!
