They took over the company that i have been using for over 2 years! They have been here for 2 months and want to raise our rates by 30% right before the holidays! What a greedy business! I will no longer be renting with them
C MagicPlease, if you value your belongings. Never use this cube smart on 23 mile in chesterfield, Michigan.. They have a rodent infestation. My wife's family lost. Most of my mother-in-law belongings.. she had gotten sick and was placed in a nursing home.. My wife and siblings put all of her belongings in storage at this facility.. paid the rent for over a year.. My mother-in-law. Sadly, never recovered. and my wife and siblings went to clear out the storage unit... this is when too their horror found out about the rodent infestation at this facility.. the insurance they sell... doesn't cover rodents... and even though they stated knowing that there's been a problem since the construction started over a year ago.. have never even as I write this have not and will not contact any of their renters .. the loss that they have entered. Is horrific.. family heirlooms from over two generations pictures of their families and children they have lost. Think of this if your parents' house caught fire and all was lost... cube smart will not take any responsibility for this... and stated they have no plans on doing anything about this and will not contact any of their renters to warn that this problem exists. Please, please, please tell anyone you may know that their property is at risk... AND PLEASE DON'T PLACE YOUR PRECIOUS THINGS HERE

What a seriously EASY, CONVENIENT and freaking AFFORDABLE place I found in CubeSmart 💯 The friendly, knowledgeable and VERY efficient ladies that waited on me provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Solid 10. 2 thumbs up 👍👍 Highly Recommended Whatever the hell the critics say 😂 Thank you 😊

Glad I chose to go with you guys Edit: Will be leaving this storage facility since they have changed their rates. Really disappointed honestly.
