Company changes and prices increased without notice and nothing new available for the price increases to make sense so we got our stuff out. We rented a 10x15 @$50 a month which was doable then it went to $62 and then $75 in less than two months. Hey greedy company people stop it there was no reason to keep increasing prices for the same product.

National Storage took over the storage spot behind Reichert Engines on S. Gould Street sometime in 2024/25. I had been renting a unit there already since early 2020. I never had any problems getting in or out of the facility. The gate was maintained throughout my entire time there. Always functioned properly. At one time, I saw that the fencing had been compromised. On my next visit, it had been fixed. After clearing my unit, I called the office to tell them I was out. The exit process was simple, very quick, and no-hassle. The rep I spoke with was very professional.

I've been storing my things here for years! They have 24/7 Surveillance and a locked gate(which I believe is closed 10pm-8am) I haven't had any break ins here since using their storage. The guys in the office are pretty cool. I've been late a few times but they've never given any hassle, as long as I've given a warning before it happens- just a small late fee. Their prices are decent and with the last year they've given the option to pay online and they offer insurance for your property.
