Avoid this facility at all costs. Poor climate control and even worse customer service. I’m an Air Force veteran who has rented storage units across multiple states over the last six years, and I have never encountered such complete disregard from a facility before. They have refused to cooperate with my insurance adjuster, withholding the basic information needed to file a claim for thousands of dollars in mold damage. The damage was caused by a roof leak that the facility was aware of but failed to notify tenants about. Not to mention, the bathrooms are constantly in terrible condition. No soap, no paper towels, no toilet paper, and mold covering the doors. The lack of communication and accountability has been astounding. This is by far the worst storage unit experience I have ever had.
Desiray McClellandDO NOT COME HERE! This place needs to be held accountable there is mold on multiple items. Somebody has broken into the storage unit multiple times and stole thousands of dollars worth of things. WHILE IT BEING LOCKED. This place needs to be shut down. Customer service is awful. Police report was made. Storage of America is requesting the Police get a warrant bs.
Stacy DeRisoIt was very clean and pretty easy to find where my unit is at. I felt very safe after having to go through the few steps it takes to actually be able to enter the building. We struggled a little at first, but then got on track with what we had to do.
Marissa EisingerCustomer Service was A+. I had problems signing the lease on my phone and someone was able to help me. Signing up and moving in was easy. The person who gave me instructions when terminating the lease was kind and informative. I got a call from someone letting me know that everything was all set after I moved out. It was hassle-free. I got monthly statements in my email and was notified of changes to terms by a reasonable time. Unit was clean.
