Everybody stop what you guys are doing and come see Teresa at public storage on 18 1/2 mile mound Road she is the best She makes. You feel so comfortable and makes everything so perfect. Best customer service. She is a solid 10.

This location was an upgrade at first from our original unit located on Van Dyke. Over the summer and the last several months it’s been an absolute nightmare to be a customer here. Equipment not working (elevators, keypads, etc) the newest trend is people constantly blocking the drive through bay with vehicles or personal items for hours on end (moving trucks, sitting on the dolly carts, keeping carts in their units, personal items everywhere) Very unlikely we continue our business in any capacity with Public Storage

Teresa was very nice and helpful She told me all about the property my storage unit where it was located literally gave me every detail. Thanks again Teresa Ps. my brother actually rented here before he went to the Navy and it was very clean And well organized.
