OMG - the staff is so wonderful here! Joyce, Samantha, and Andy were so customer friendly and they really enjoy their job there. I received two courtesy calls- one to make sure the move in was ok and to make sure that space worked fine for me. The storage was well clean inside and the surrounding areas is well kept. No debris on the grounds. Thanks to the team for making this transition easy for me.

Bought/won an auction unit through Storage Treasures. All went well with that. The unit I bought was a bust. All good with that. After I finalized the unit I won an offer came through for a free unit. Upon attempting to claim the free unit I was told by Public Storage employees the unit was cleaned out and I wasn't getting anything. I was also told that's the way Public Storage does business. I was also informed I could only clear the locker I won during regular business hour 9-4 and I had 48 hours to clear the unit. I have never had restrictions set upon me as Public Storage has. I will no longer buy units from Public Storage facilities. Resellers beware. Not a good company to do business with. Sad.

Donald provided excellent customer service today. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend asking for Donald.

Angie has such a beautiful spirit! From the time that I moved in, until the time I moved out (yesterday), she assisted me with everything. Thank you so much for always greeting me with a smile and all of your assistance. My climate controlled unit was perfect for all of my belongings. Angie and Donald were amazing! Very friendly,helped answer my questions. I have been moving the last few days and I've seen Donald outside picking up garbage around the building and the road. So far a good experience.
