NathanI need to express with full recognition. I am a brand new customer and a brand new citizen of Westland. And I needed a storage unit and looked you guys up through Google. Upon speaking to a couple of staff members over the phone and making a reservation, I only received kindness and patience over the phone with full detail of your facility and the workings of it. Upon arrival and retaining the reservation a staff member named Amanda had open the door for me. Made my transaction smooth. She was very much a positive reinforcement that particular day was a pretty bad day for me before I came there. She brightened my evening and reassured me that I found the best storage in Westland. I don't know if you can give her acknowledgment of her top notch service. But please let her know that Nathan said thank you very much. And have a wonderful day.

Registered my account online on 1-23-26 so I could start using my storage unit on Saturday, 1-24-26. Arrived at 9:30 A.M. found the office closed, called the phone number on the door and was told the office had no heat and personnel were sent home. Gained access to my storage unit (another story), but the "free: lock I was supposed to receive was NOT inside the unit. So could not even leave any of the things I had in my car inside the storage unit. Had to drive away with my things still in my car. Not sure when the heat will be fixed so I can get my lock and move in. They have already charged me through the end of January. Worst experience ever.
