After six weeks of frustration with Public Storage - both this location and the corporate office - Gwyneth FINALLY provided a resolution. From being assigned the wrong unit to having that unit leak for 5+ weeks with no one coming to look at it and damage to my contents - I encountered roadblock after roadblock and at least a dozen 'promises' for calls back and resolution - NO ONE helped me, until Gwyneyth. With a smile and apologies for the terrible customer service I received from others, Gwyneth got me transferred to a non-leaking unit and made sure everything was setup correctly. Up until dealing with her, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Public Storage is so lucky to have her! THANK YOU GWYNETH!!

Thrift Flips and Tips

Zoe Made Storage a Breeze! I've used storage units before, and dealing with them can be a real hassle. That wasn't the case here, thanks to Zoe. She's the property manager, and honestly, she's top-notch. I needed someone I could trust with my stuff, and Zoe immediately put me at ease. She knows her stuff inside and out, explaining everything clearly and efficiently. Plus, she's just a genuinely nice person – easy to talk to and always helpful. Dealing with storage isn't usually something you look forward to, but Zoe made it a smooth and even pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location, especially because of her!

Zoe Ann was pleasant & very patience, able to accommodate my needs. Helen at the 77 th st location tried to also help me, calling other tenants to see if they were vacating to no avail, then steered me back to Zoe on bush lake road. They both were very helpful.
