I have rented a storage here for going on almost 4+ years and my experience has been excellent! There has been workers here that have been so helpful along the way that I’d be remiss not to mention their names, there was a fellow by the name, Randy, Douge And Darryl that have helped me in so many different ways and were and are always willing to assist and I would highly recommend renting a storage at this place. There is also another guy who works here currently and I just don’t remember his name, but he is super helpful as well. He’s kind of part of hearing, but he is an amazing employee. He and Darryl run this place very well and again, I would highly recommend it.

We moved into the facility while building our new home. Larry and Daryl were extremely helpful and kind when we moved in, throughout our stay, and went above and beyond on our move out. The space is very clean, easily accessible, and the carts, elevators, drive-in bay—everything is fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough. All around a wonderful experience. We really appreciate having such a clean and safe place for our belongings with wonderful staff who really care about customers.

I have been with this storage unit for a little around six years. After a really bad break up and our house getting torn down last minute I put everything in there from the last 38 years of my life and all of my children’s things and stuff for my new baby. I have been in and out of the hospital just had a miscarriage at 16 weeks three months ago when my storage First fell behind. And I am now pregnant again. I recently had to move from my home with my seven-year-old and now I am staying in a hotel after. Losing everything. I’ve called to try and set up payment plans and was unaware of what date I needed to come in to pay the unit before auction. The next day I called, they said it had been auction and everything was moved out. I am devastated and very at loss with words with the communication. As I was getting mail sent to the wrong place and emails that I no longer use. I am very upset about this situation.

Daryl told me that I could use the truck. He took a reservation for me to do so. I hired movers. I arrived on the appointed day. He took my license, insurance, and a deposit. Daryl backed the truck into the loading area. My movers started bringing stuff down. Then they told me that I couldn't use the truck, it was only for move ins. Larry and Daryl had been there when I moved in, and knew that I had done so. They did not tell me that I could not use the truck for moving out, in fact, they did all of those things to assure me that I could. When I protested, because I had to pay the movers either way, they told me that, instead of trusting them, I should have read the fine print. I was out $350 for the movers I had booked on their assurances. This is very bad customer service and is disreputable behaviour. They could have told me any time that I could not use the truck for moving out, and I would have rented one instead, but they did not. They took my reservation and deposit, and then said I should have read the fine print. I would never use this company again, they are not a respectable operation.
