I’ve been a customer of Extra Space Storage since September 2025. Andrea, the Site Manager has been great to work with and the facility is well secured, maintained and clean. The easy access both in and out has also worked well. If you’re looking for short or long term storage space, I recommend a visit to Andrea at her site. Thank you Andrea and keep up the great work!

0/10, Corporate Should Be Aware. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve a payment issue caused by the facility’s own account setup error. The unit was not properly linked, which prevented online payment. Instead of correcting the issue, management responded with a condescending tone and threatened to cut my lock and dispose of my property. When a storage company obstructs payment and then threatens destruction of a customer’s belongings, that raises serious concerns about operational compliance and oversight. This situation appears to stem from administrative failure, not customer neglect. Corporate leadership may want to review how this location handles dispute resolution and lien procedures.

Five Stars!! The facility is clean, well lit and very accessible. The process for getting in and out is easy. The manager, Andrea, is knowledgeable. helpful and consistently friendly. I wish I had known about this facility some time ago. Highly recommend

Renting here was super easy.Andrea answered all of my questions.The employees there are always friendly and keep the facility clean, I've never seen any garbage left laying around the place. Parking can be a little tight at times but it is manageable. All in all it is a great place to rent from,you can't go wrong!
