Managing a storage unit over several years can sometimes be a hassle, but Steven makes it seamless. He is professional, incredibly kind, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. It’s rare to find this level of consistent, high-quality customer service these days. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its long-term tenants, ask for Steven!

The building is clean, after-hours access is easy, and Steve has been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and will return again in the future.

This place was great while I needed it. The location is convenient and I really loved the new bluetooth gate system. It was very nice to not have to get out of my car to punch in my access code. I would use this place again!

From start to finish the customer service has been wonderful as well as the customer service. Steve the manager of the Extra Space on Industrial Blvd. was so helpful and patient in walking us through what units to secure, payment, how to download the app and showing us where the units were located. So far so good!
