Theresa at ExtraSpace Storage was fantastic and made everything easy and welcoming. She kindly helped me dispose of some garbage and was patient and friendly the whole time. The facility is very clean organized and clearly well cared for thanks to her hard work. I highly recommend this location because Theresa truly goes above and beyond.

I contacted Extra Space Storage to update my profile information. My questions were clearly answered and Theresa even input the changes for me. Since I was on the phone with her I asked about the rate I was charged for my unit as it had increased significantly the last two years, She said she would check into this and get back to me. The following day much to my surprise I received a voice mail (from Pete???). My rate was reviewed and reduced. It was great to work with the team at the New Hope location in MN. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and totally exceeded my expectations! I give them my highest recommendations!!!
