From the start the customer service was fantastic. I received a welcome call within a few hours of my booking the unit online. All questions were answered and everything was clearly explained regarding the rental. Very professional customer service agent. Upon arrival we were a bit nervous as the parking lot is in need of some repair, however, the facility is very clean and our unit was too. Move in was easy and we were pleased with our choice to use KO- Owatonna. We moved in on a Saturday and Monday we received a very nice personalized note from Rick welcoming us again, thanking us for our business, and telling us to reach out should we need something. During our move in we left a rug outside our unit and Rick advised us of that as well in his email and put the rug in front of our unit for us. Overall it was a positive move in experience and we don't anticipate any issues.

Rich Bothum is such a nice facility manager. Easy to set up a time to get in the unit I won and the process of going through the treasures is so fun. Polite, on time and very helpful.
