I've spent hours trying to 1) get them to communicate with me via text and 2) get them to set up auto pay. Of course, the software won't allow you to set up auto pay. and no one usually answers the phone, and when they do, they are not capable of helping with these seeming simple tasks. very very frustrating.

I have been happy with the ease of entering and getting items or storing items. I am disappointed that I have had two price hikes in 1-year. The first jumped from $66 to $74 and the most recent hike from $74 to $90. That is a significant jump, and though I love indoor storage I will start shopping around this spring.

Clean and well lit facilities. Good number of carts to use at any given time for loading/unloading. Pleasant interactions with the reps when I've needed to speak with them.

Smooth check-in process and reservations process online. Easy to find flat bed carts to help tow belongings to the unit. Wish the ramp was a little easier to push the cart up and down from, since the loading dock does not work for me physically.

Worst storage facility ever. Nothing gets cleaned. They have a serious mouse infestation. Which has destroyed thousands of dollars of my property. Have the insurance through Bader, put in a claim, and they are not letting my claim go through. I have retained council and am to sue Acorn and Bader insurance.. Reviews on Bader insurance are horrendous . They also are not associated with the Better Business Bureau, B.B.B... I'm so angry and frustrated with this issue. Look at photos I am posting.
