Steven was amazing. He was friendly, quick and efficient without rushing through anything. The Prior Ave location in Roseville is just what we were looking for. The pricing is definitely affordable. I wish we would have found them a year ago! I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a super clean and affordable storage ☺️

Rather you’re looking for a unit to store your personal belonging or business purpose's. This Extra Space Storage location is a great place to use for it. Steve and his staff are amazing people. Kind, respectful, and helpful. I’ve recently transitioned into a different unit within the facility. Steve made the process extremely simple and fast. They keep the place looking clean, spotless, willingly available to serve the renters.

They were very friendly and accomodating for us. The facility is super clean. And the garage door was great in terms of having carts available and much more comfortable to load a lot of items without having to deal with bad weather.

I was having issues with the lake st location not being open or able to assist with transaction. I had gone there twice and made numerous calls and was extremely frustrated. I called Marnie over at the Roseville location and was able to resolve everything in the matter of minutes. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful! By the end of the conversation I felt heard and advocated for in a way extra space has not been able to do before. I from now on will only be using and calling this location! You all are amazing and I appreciate everything you all do
