I have been with WM for 10 plus years. My bill kept getting higher so I checked the rates. We were paying about $450 for our dumpster service, when the going rate was About$160 for the same service. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who changed my rate to the $160 amount and gave me some credits towards the next few bills. If you are using waste management CHECK YOUR BILL AGAINST YOUR NEIGHBORS. They will slowly increase your bill until you call them out. 8 Yard Dumpster Service 07/01/25 1.00 $404.26 Energy Surcharge $62.90 Total Current Charges $467.16 (no extra pickup or overage) 8 Yard Dumpster Service 10/01/25 1.00 $155.22 Energy Surcharge $23.98 Total Current Charges $179.20
James HarringtonI made a trip there with a 14' trailer of yard junk. 45.00 a week later with more weight than the first 15.00 why was i charged so much the first time. And don't ask the lady that works there anything. She always grouchy.
