I was able to make a reservation online and then go in the next morning to actually see the unit before I committed. Kaley was absolutely amazing. Thoroughly knowledgeable about Space Box, energetic, positive—a joy to get to know. She showed me the first unit that I had reserved but it had a pole in the middle of it at the entrance, so it was not suitable for my antique furniture because some of it is quite big and bulky. So she showed me another unit—and I liked it immediately—so that’s the one I rented. Here are some pictures from my viewpoint at the unit. I highly recommend Space Box. It’s so easy to access my unit, and, more importantly, I feel safe.

Easy to get in/out of the building and our unit using the app. We appreciate having carts to get things in / out of the unit. Appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. We feel our belongings are safe in the climate control facility. Thank you!

We have had such a good experience with Spacebox. It’s clean, well-managed, and so convenient. The carts are kept right at the doors, always easy to find when you go in. It feels safe and secure. I don’t mind bringing my kids with me to visit the facility. We have used other storage companies, and this has been my best experience by far.
