StorageMart - NW S Outer Road

Our son is moving to Independence and he needs a storage location for his stuff until he finds a place to live in Blue Springs. We stopped by your location and I was greeted kindly by Tammy. She was so courteous and showed me all the options for our son. She showed me the sizes and gave me prices along with telling me about your specials. She gave me her card and a pamphlet. When I was getting ready to leave my wife text me and said her blood sugar was getting low. Tammy then offered me some candy she had in a dish for my wife. That was so sweet of her! Not only is she a great employee, she also cares about other people!Please let her know what a wonderful person she is as well as a great employee!

They made it easy and u can't beat the prices

I recently discovered there were two erroneous charges on my VISA for nearly $500, which occurred 3-4 months ago. I rent a unit from Storage Mart currently, but there were extra charges in consecutive months that came from a different store from the one I am renting. After many phone calls and little progress, it was finally determined that these charges posted to the store in Blue Springs, on 12300 Outer Road. I had initially reserved a unit from this store back in June of last year, but canceled when I found a unit closer to where my apartment was located. Elizabeth is the manager at this store, and she called me this morning after receiving an email from me showing the charges to my credit card. She spent a large chunk of her day researching this and going through all the charges that occurred on the two dates where my card was wrongly charged. To make a long story short, there was an accounting/computer glitch where my card was accidentally used for another renter's unit in back to back months. I just got another call from her, that the mistake was identified and I will be receiving a full credit for the charges to my card. Without her diligence and desire to take care of customers, I would have never seen this $500 again. I would heartily recommend Elizabeth and her facility if you need to rent a storage facility in eastern Jackson County.
