They provide pest control and offer many climate controlled units. Their rates were competitive and I would definitely consider them again if I need storage in the future.

As another recent review stated, this place will raise your rate massively with no explanation given. They went way downhill with the transition from Life Storage to Extra Space. I work as a bartender so the limited access to my climate controlled unit now cutting off at 10pm when my shift ends at 11pm is a joke. There's no benefit to the customer yet my rate is up 85% from last year. Meanwhile anyone paying for the gated outdoor units is not receiving the security they're supposed to because the gate is left wide open, as seen. Sleazy and poorly run company, avoid if you can.
