The storage manager basically determined my experience Mr Ronald Black. It seems he's no longer there but it was life altering how poorly I was treated. If I had that type of experience again I'd surely sue the pants off of them and could do it. Live and learn . Some people are just unhappy little jerks that want company. Hope you reap what you sew Mr Black. Ps the place is crawling with thieves to boot People walk right through the truck entrance with no code entered since there's no gate no cameras. BEWARE.

You want to see someone who works hard well JOHN is the man. John is working without an office due to renovation . John held it together like a true boss. He took care of us like a professional. If you are looking for a great place to store your stuff bridgeton storage is the place to go. Thank you John for everything! Appreciate you!

Upon walking in I was professional welcomed, this was my first time at this location. The young lady ( Ms Ashley Stovall ) was very very helpful. This is not the location that my wife makes her payments at but if I have to use another alternative pay location I will advise my wife to go to the location in Bridgeton, Mo.
