Great customer service from Malakai at the Clarkson and Manchester store. Had a problem with a lock (self inflicted) and he stepped in to help out, in a timely manner. Very courteous and thoughtful approach. Further, he and his team have been providing stellar service over the past few years so consistency is a key strength of his and his team.
