Let me just start off by saying I love this place. I was a customer years ago when it was Cargo Bay. I’m looking forward to the new experience. My only concern is, there lots of trash in the back of the business. I don’t remember it looking like that.

Diedra VilleryGood evening I just wanted to leave a review for the ExtraSpace in Hazelwood, I have had a number of issues while having a Storage & Office here.. But things are changing with new staff & Individuals(Darryl Nyla) that are clearly working to make things better & Safety is at the top of the list.. Cameras are working.. Locks are being redone.. etc. We know changes take time but when you see great effort being put fourth.. I can except that. THANKS DARRYL & NYLA !! You are appreciated!! December 29th, 2025
Stephanie MacklinSince the new team of people came aboard, Extra Space Storage has been clean, trashcan kept empty, bathroom cleaned, staff communicates with the tents, staff make sure they greet tents and customers, tents are reminded about their packages and mail, and the staff asking how can they assist . The the new staff has made a huge impact on customers and tents.
