Friendly owners, no problems whatsoever. There was a time I was heading out of town early one morning, called them the night before & they had me set up for early access to accommodate my needs. Plus any issues that arise they communicate very well w/ ample notice.

I rented a unit for over 2 years. They were always quick to inform me of any changes or if there might be any problem. If I had a problem they always resolved it quickly. It may seem like an internet connection only but they will call you back even if it's just a missed phone call because they were busy. I will use them again for any storage needs.
