Our units are dry and secure with well lit exteriors and plenty of room for drive access to units. We offer contactless leasing, mobile gate access and friendly customer service.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKS

Very unpleasant experience using this storage facility. We had been with them for multiple months. Always paid within their deadlines and even automated our payments. Decided to clear it out and let them know it was going to be empty by the end of the month. KANSAS CITY NORTH STORAGE decided this was a good time to place a lock on our unit even though we had fully paid for this month. When we ask about the lock, the rude response was that we did not give a full 15-day notice (we gave a 10-day notice) and therefore they would not let us into our unit until we paid for the next month in full. We ask about the ethics of this, to which we were told it is just business. Once we had cleaned the unit out, we once again placed our lock back on the unit. NORTH KANSAS CITY STORAGE informed us we did not have to leave a lock so they could rent it to other waiting customers. There was no notification a lock would be added to our unit, we were not late on payment, this company, NORTH KANSAS CITY STORAGE just saw a way to force an additional months rent by locking us out from the fully paid unit we were using. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL RENTAL SITES THEY RUN.

I liked location. Take care because the units are not weather tight. I noticed water damage to boxes. No contents damaged that I have found. Make sure to give notice of ending the lease. The two stars is mostly for the fact that the company did not wait for the normal automatic payment of rent. I gave notice 5 days before the end of month and a couple hours after the unit rent was withdrawn.

We were incredibly pleased with our service at Kansas City North Storage. They always answered our phone calls, thoroughly explained the fee structure, and unit was very secure and accessible. Highly recommend.

Erin is the best.... she's quick to respond if you leave a voicemail or send a text. I love that the aisles between the rows of units is wide enough 2 vehicles can pass each other with plenty of room. Units are nice & clean, the doors & locks operate smoothly without having to force them. It feels open & safe especially in the evening hrs as there's efficient lighting....I love having 24hr access. It's been a way better experience than the one I had with Storage Mart by far.

This place is great. The rent on my last storage place just kept increasing every 6 months. I found this place online at a great price. Erin was great to work with when I set up my storage space, and the business is roomy with great hiway access. I'm extremely happy with Kansas City North Storage.
