While the services are very good there are some employees who could use a little public relations training. Some have too string of a corporate attitude. Meaning all business and no customer kindness.

I would strongly advise against renting at this location. From my personal experience, the management — particularly the manager, Kim — has been unprofessional and discriminatory in her behavior. During my first visit while moving items into my unit around 4 PM, I attempted to use one of the carts provided by Public Storage for customers. Kim refused to let me use one, claiming someone had left a cart inside their unit. After going back and forth, she finally allowed me to use one for only an hour and required me to leave my ID. Later, while I was still loading, she tried to force me to give my cart to another customer. When I declined because I was still using it, she became noticeably hostile and continued to make remarks every time she saw me afterward. On another occasion, the facility door wasn’t functioning properly. A white couple had the doors propped open, and Kim said nothing to them. However, when I did the same after struggling with the malfunctioning door, she immediately came over, closed the door, and locked us out — then refused to open it, insisting that we re-enter our code, even though she had just shut the door herself. Kim also gives inconsistent information about when the carts are available — sometimes saying they’re locked up at 5 PM, other times earlier or later, depending on the day. On one visit, she was still present well after 5 PM but refused to let us use a cart. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly and to have access to the amenities included in the rental agreement. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here. Kim’s behavior has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and, in my opinion, discriminatory. I do not recommend renting at this location.

I came in to the office on 40 hwy with some questions about pricing and sizes for storage and Nikki was very friendly and super helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, showed me a couple different spaces so I could get an idea of what I need.

Kim was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Kim went above and beyond. Thank you for the great experience, she truly deserves recognition!
