How do you rate a storage business? By the way the property is always taken care of. The buildings are secure and good management. It is simple to get into 24/7, and compared to some of the others, very competitive rates. We have had a storage unit for at least 20 years and only one problem in all that time.

Mold, mold, mold. Our unit was near the back and we had had our items in it since March. When we went to our unit to retrieve some items in Sept after having been there multiple times, we found mold on all our items that were stored from the waist down. It was thick and in several places black. It took a day to clean and move our items. Beware of moisture in these units. We have several big items like furniture that we will need to pitch. The bright spot is that Krista does work quickly to help you secure a unit. I hope she will work to reimburse me for the rent for the month I did not get to use and it ruined my stuff!

Super sad a friend of mine lost everything important to her and discovered it all gone this past week. When they showed up the lock was cut and laying on the ground in front of their unit. Looks like several unhappy reviews for stolen items when i looked for myself. This is not somewhere i would feel comfortable using if I needed a storage unit in the area.
