We rented a storage unit for the past 2 years and 5 months. We just purchased a home and got most everything out this weekend. Our items are trashed! MICE MICE MICE!! We had to throw away a love seat that wasn’t very old and many many more items! Everything has to be washed outside before it can come in. Anything not put in plastic is trashed. “Secure” gate has been open the last few times we have been there. Do not rent these units, they are not maintained- no one on site. Horrible!!!!

Todd answered the phone promptly when I called asking about storage prices (which were the same as his posted online prices). I STOR-IT storage prices were less than all the other prices listed for different storage facilities. Todd was honest and answered all my questions. WHEN he found out that one of his tenants had not cleaned their storage unit out upon move out, he personally drove out to my storage unit, cleaned it out then swept the unit out before I moved in, and he did this within 15 minutes of me calling him. Payments are easy. Move in was easy. The storage facility is secure. He runs a phenomenal customer service based business, and he is more than deserving of your business!!! If you need a storage unit, call Todd at I STOR-IT-- you won't regret it!
