We were located at the front of the unit, had a lock THEY recommended but somehow over 2k worth of items were stolen! In the process of moving and we didn’t receive any sort of compensation because we didn’t have “ insurance “ for being a renter. Where’s the empathy??? Was a loyal customer for almost a year, but never coming here again.
