NotarookieCame in to a new manager a few months ago by the name of Shana, who is awesome. And the new assistant manager, I believe his name was Austin. He is very awesome too. They said he was new, but he provided great customer service and guided me through the process of getting my stuff back quickly and thoroughly the other day. My phone was dead so couldn’t leave a review on the spot. In short, the new management is great and facility is nice and clean. Thanks sroa, keep it up! You’re turning things around, I did not like the old PM Robert at all.

Jace GuyerEdit: Increasing from 1* to 5*. They're working on getting that fence fixed, and they've reimbursed me for the bill charging me for insurance. The person who called me today was incredibly friendly, calm and helpful. I'm thankful for the help. -- Original Review: I opted out of insurance, and it's marked in my contract. After 3 months, they started charging me for insurance and I can't get a hold of them. All of the gates to the facilities have also been stuck open for days.

AlesiaEverywhere you go to store your personal items have problems. Its how you are treated that means the most. Working With Ted was easy and stress free. I dont know he keeps up with all the work, but the man does it with a smile. Probably wouldn't be renting if it wasn't for Ted the property manager.
